The Service Delivery Manager will coordinate with the Engineering Manager and engineering teams but remain the single point of ownership for delivery quality, schedule adherence, and technical compliance.\nThe ideal candidate combines hands-on technical knowledge of power distribution, grid automation, and SCADA/ADMS systems with strong project management and stakeholder management skills.\nKey responsibilities\nTechnical Delivery & Compliance\nFull ownership of end-to-end delivery for RDSS/ADMS projects in utility/grid environments.\nEnsure strict adherence to:Client-specific technical specifications\nDistribution system automation standards and grid codes\nEngineering drawings, SLDs, protection schemes, and compliance documents\nContractual obligations and quality standards\n\nReview and validate engineering deliverables including:SCADA/ADMS system architecture, configurations, and network diagrams\nETAP / power flow / short-circuit / protection coordination studies\nCommunication network designs, telemetry integration, and automation logic\nTechnical reports, FAT/SAT documentation, and compliance certificates\n\nIdentify risks, deviations, or non-compliances and drive corrective/preventive actions.\nClient & Vendor Interface\nAct as primary client and vendor-facing technical lead for project delivery.\nLead technical review meetings, progress discussions, compliance audits, and design clarifications.\nManage client escalations, change requests, and technical queries efficiently.\nRepresent the organization in FAT/SAT, compliance audits, and project acceptance reviews.\nEngineering Coordination\nCoordinate closely with the Engineering Manager and internal teams to ensure:Engineering execution aligns with project schedules, compliance, and quality standards\nClear technical expectations are communicated and delivered by engineering teams\n\nTrack engineering progress against milestones and ensure timely availability of all deliverables.\nProject Planning, Reporting & Governance\nDevelop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and milestone trackers.\nMonitor project health across scope, schedule, quality, and risk dimensions.\nPrepare and present structured project status reports to clients and senior internal management.\nMaintain complete technical documentation, including:Compliance matrices\nRisk and issue registers\nMeeting minutes and action trackers\nFinal handover documentation\n\nEnsure adherence to internal delivery frameworks, quality systems, and audit requirements.\nEssential requirements\nStrong domain knowledge in utility/grid operations, distribution automation, RDSS, ADMS, SCADA, and smart grid technologies.\nHands-on experience with ETAP, power system studies, protection coordination, and distribution network modeling.\nAbility to interpret and validate:Single Line Diagrams (SLDs)\nProtection schemes and relay coordination\nTelemetry and SCADA/ADMS configurations\nCompliance with grid codes and utility standards\n\nFamiliarity with power system automation, smart grid communication networks, and data analytics integration.\nProficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, Smartsheet) and reporting tools\nDesired skills\nBachelor’s degree in electrical / Power / Automation / Instrumentation Engineering. Master’s degree preferred.\n8-12 years of experience in utility or grid operations projects, with focus on RDSS/ADMS or SCADA/Automation projects.\nProven track record as single-point delivery owner for technically complex, client-facing projects.\nI\nETAP requires all successful applicants to undergo and pass a comprehensive background check before they start employment.
