We are an in-person team in San Jose, CA, and are on-site 5 days a week. We are looking for Summer '26, Fall '26, and Summer '27 interns. Key responsibilities: Early-Career Hiring: Help execute Etched’s internship and new-grad hiring strategy. Identify exceptional students through universities, technical communities, and unconventional channels. Partner with recruiters and hiring leaders on targeted outreach. Events & Community: Plan private events across the country for high-potential students. Build relationships with university clubs, professors, and student leaders. Create memorable experiences that introduce candidates to Etched. Own guest lists, invitations, venues, logistics, and follow-up. Marketing & Sourcing: Develop campaigns
