This includes ensuring Salesforce capabilities can be securely exposed, orchestrated and consumed across business applications, digital channels and AI-powered experiences.\n\nKey Duties & Responsibilities:\n\n- Lead solution architecture for Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Service Cloud and Sales Cloud initiatives.\n\n- Design end-to-end solutions across applications, integrations, data, security and business processes.\n\n- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure and supportable solution designs.\n\n- Produce architecture diagrams, solution designs and architecture decision records.\n\n- Align Salesforce solutions with target-state architecture, business strategy and platform roadmaps.\n\n- Lead Revenue Cloud architecture across product catalogue, pricing, quoting, contracting, amendments and renewals.\n\n- Design and govern API-led integration solutions that connect Salesforce with strategic business platforms, leveraging MuleSoft and reusable integration patterns to enable secure, scalable and efficient business processes and data flows.\n\n- Promote composable and headless design patterns that allow Salesforce capabilities to be reused across applications, channels and customer experiences.\n\n- Ensure solutions support reporting, analytics, automation and AI-driven capabilities.\n\n- Evaluate Salesforce capabilities, AppExchange solutions, Agentforce and emerging agentic technologies.\n\n- Define patterns that enable secure and governed agentic workflows without creating unnecessary platform dependencies.\n\n- Provide architecture options, recommendations and impact assessments.\n\n- Support architecture governance, design reviews, security reviews and solution assurance.\n\n- Identify and mitigate technical risks, architectural debt and non-functional requirements.\n\n- Support delivery teams through design, implementation, testing, deployment and transition into support.\n\n- Maintain architecture standards, reusable patterns and solution assets.\n\nQualifications & Experience:\n\n- At least five years' experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Applications Architecture or a similar role.\n\n- Strong experience across Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and the wider Salesforce ecosystem.\n\n- Experience leading solution design for complex business transformation programmes.\n\n- Strong understanding of solution architecture, governance and technology strategy.\n\n- Experience designing integrated solutions across customer, commercial and operational platforms.\n\n- Experience with MuleSoft, APIs, event-driven architecture and enterprise integration patterns.\n\n- Strong understanding of enterprise data flows and data quality.\n\n- Ability to translate business requirements into practical architecture outcomes.\n\n- Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.\n\n- Experience producing architecture artefacts, solution designs and decision records.\n\n- Ability to balance strategic direction with pragmatic delivery.\n\nDesirable Experience:\n\n- Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Service Cloud or Sales Cloud implementation experience.\n\n- Agentforce, AI or agentic platform capabilities.\n\n- Salesforce Architect certifications.\n\n- TOGAF or equivalent architecture certification.\n\n- Leading architecture governance forums.\n\nSuccess Measures:\n\n- Salesforce solutions align with business strategy, architecture standards and platform roadmaps.\n\n- Revenue Cloud, Service Cloud and related transformation initiatives are delivered through scalable, secure and supportable designs.\n\n- Salesforce capabilities are exposed through reusable APIs and services, enabling a composable, headless architecture across customer, commercial and operational journeys.\n\n- Integration and data flows are reliable, governed and enable reporting, automation, AI and future agentic experiences.\n\n- Architecture decisions increase reuse, reduce complexity and minimise technical debt across the Salesforce ecosystem.\n\n- Stakeholders have confidence in the architecture direction, governance and
