Role Overview : Lead end-to-end technical delivery, owning architecture, implementation, quality and delivery for fleet- and vessel-level digital solutions. Combine maritime domain awareness with hands-on full stack engineering leadership across React, Python, AWS, Snowflake and Kafka to deliver. Key Responsibilities : - Architecture & technical ownership: Define and evolve platform architecture (frontend, backend, data pipelines, model hosting, edge/ship gateway patterns, CI/CD). - Hands-on delivery: Lead development of React front-end, Python services, streaming and batch data pipelines, and Snowflake analytics; deploy and operate on AWS. - Collaboration and management: Within R&D Hub India, collaborate with R&D Hub head and Delivery Director. - Telemetry ingestion & data engineering: Design robust ingestion, transformation and storage patterns; ensure schema, units, timestamps and provenance are correct. - Real-time processing: Implement and optimise Kafka-based streaming for near-real-time alerts, model feeds and event-driven workflows. - Model operationalisation: Collaborate with SMEs and data scientists to productionise physics and ML models (serving, versioning, moni
