Working in the Program Operations Pod on Tasks 1, 6, and Subtask 2.3, you will keep the schedule, quality records, Wiki, help desk, and reporting accurate for a fast-moving, deliverable-driven program.\n\nResponsibilities:\nMaintain IMS updates, action items, risk and issue logs, and meeting minutes.\nPrepare the Monthly Status Report, including performance metrics and the GFE inventory.\nAdminister the Quality Control Plan: track definitions of done, three-gate review sign-offs in Jira, comment-disposition matrices, and the five-business-day correction cycle.\nManage the OCIO ZTA Wiki: Git-versioned pages, each with an owner, version, and review date; quarterly refresh cycles; and a 100% freshness target.\nRun the ZTA help desk queue in ServiceNow. Route questions to the right pillar SME, make sure answers go out within three business days, and turn recurring questions into FAQs.\nCoordinate monthly IC office-hours logistics and track attendance by IC.
