You will play a central role in driving this transformation and building a scalable financial foundation.\nRequirements\nYour Key Responsibilities\nAs Financial Controller, you own the core accounting, consolidation, and reporting processes across all 10 entities (with main focus on NL &DE), working in close synergy with the CFO and guiding the broader finance team.\nMonth-End Closing & Consolidation: Lead and streamline the monthly and annual closing processes across all 10 international entities (NL, DE, US, CN, IN). Manage intercompany accounting, eliminations, and group consolidation.\n\nAnnual Audit Lead: Oversee the preparation of annual financial statements and act as the main point of contact for external auditors.\n\nERP Implementation (Key User): Take ownership as the lead Key User in our ERP implementation. You will help design efficient, future-proof workflows, eliminate manual Excel sheets, and guide the organization through the transition.\n\nProcess Optimization & Continuous Improvement: Proactively analyze financial workflows, simplify routines, and build scalable procedures that match our organizational growth.\n\nCash Flow & Working Capital: Monitor liquidity, manage cash flow forecasting, and optimize working capital management across entities.\n\nTeam Guidance & Mentorship: Work closely with our 3 Finance team members on daily operational activities, offering guidance, coaching, and structural support.\n\nStrategic Partner to the CFO: Serve as the CFO’s trusted sparring partner for ad-hoc financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and process design.\n\nWho You Are\nYou are a true “continuous improver”, someone who naturally spots inefficiencies and takes ownership to build smarter, automated solutions.\nEducation: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Economics, or a related field.\n\nExperience: 5+ years of relevant experience in financial control, audit, or accounting within an international setting.\n\nSystem & Process Mindset: Strong affinity for financial systems and process design. Experience with ERP systems (and ideally active involvement in an ERP implementation) is a major advantage.\n\nCoaching Skills: Highly collaborative with the ability to mentor and guide colleagues in their daily work.\n\nLanguages: Fluent in English is mandatory.
