The ideal candidate will have broad expertise with multiple Salesforce solutions and experience in related capabilities and GTM (go-to-market) commercial platforms. Responsibilities include analyzing project objectives, designing and building custom solutions, creating custom workflows, and troubleshooting errors.\nEssential Job Functions\nSolve complex business problems through appropriate combinations of configuration, custom coding (Apex, JavaScript) and integrations.\nUtilizes Salesforce programming, including Visualforce pages, Lightning pages, and Lightning Web Components.\nDevelops Apex classes and triggers, Visualforce pages, and other components based on requirements.\nUses Salesforce automation tools such as Flows, Process Builder, Workflows, and Einstein Orchestrator.\nUses Salesforce APIs to integrate with other organizational systems including collaboration with Enterprise IT for custom Boomi integrations\nIntegrates business applications connected through Managed Packages\nCollaborate with technical teams to ensure downstream alignment for fulfillment, accounting and enterprise reporting.\nCollaborate with IT leadership and business partners to ensure development is fit-for-purpose\nAdheres to Salesforce best practices, maintains code documentation, and writes/maintains test classes for all custom development.\nUses DevOps tools such as Copado and Azure ADO.\nResolves complex technical support issues for internal users by understanding requests, triaging solutions, and independently solving problems.\nRemains current with Salesforce technologies and best practices.\nMarginal Duties\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\nKnowledge of\nManaging Salesforce data, including SOQL or SQL, and at least six months of experience with the Salesforce APEX Data Loader.\nCPQ, RCA/RCB, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Force.com tools and applications.\nLightning Components using the Lightning Design System framework, Apex, Apex Data Loader, and declarative platform tools (Process Builder, Visual Workflow, Lightning App Builder, etc.).\nExperience with emerging SFDC capabilities strongly preferred, especially Agentforce and Slack.\nBoomi and Salesforce integration preferred.\nExperience with other enterprise-class GTM platforms strongly preferred including (but not limited to) Eloqua, Aviso, Gainsight and Gong.\nSkills and Abilities\nAbility to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language, including with key business stakeholders and executives.\nHighly self-motivated and detail-oriented.\nStrong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.\nAble to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.\nStrong customer service orientation.\nAbility to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.\nExperience\nFour years of related experience, including a minimum of two years of experience with customization on the Salesforce Lightning platform.
