The role requires strong hands-on configuration and development skills, along with the ability to work closely with business and finance teams to deliver reliable billing solutions.\nKey Responsibilities\nSalesforce Billing (Core Focus)\nConfigure and support Salesforce Billing for subscription, one-time, and usage-based billing models\nSet up and maintain:Billing rules, billing schedules, and invoice generation\nCredit notes, adjustments, and billing exceptions\n\nSupport proration, multi-currency, and taxation scenarios\nAssist in billing runs, invoicing cycles, and reconciliation activities\nCPQ & Order Management (Associated Experience)\nWork with Salesforce CPQ to ensure smooth Quote-to-Cash flow:Product and price configuration\nDiscounts, bundles, and contract creation\n\nSupport Order Management processes:Order capture, activation, and lifecycle updates\n\nTroubleshoot data and process issues across CPQ, Orders, and Billing\nDevelopment & Automation\nBuild and enhance automation using Salesforce Flows\nDevelop custom logic using Apex where standard configuration is insufficient\nCreate and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) for billing-related UI enhancements\nParticipate in performance tuning and optimization\nIntegrations & Data Handling\nSupport integrations with:ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics, etc.)\nPayment gateways and tax systems\n\nAssist with API-based integrations (REST/SOAP) and middleware solutions\nEnsure data consistency between Salesforce and downstream finance systems\nReporting & Support\nBuild and maintain billing and finance-related reports and dashboards\nSupport month-end and quarter-end billing activities\nProvide Production support and root-cause analysis\nRequired Skills & Experience\nMandatory\n2-4 years of hands-on Salesforce Billing experience\nStrong understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes\nExperience working with Salesforce CPQ\nSalesforce configuration experience (objects, flows, validation rules)\nWorking knowledge of Apex and Salesforce automation\nExperience with system integrations\nGood-to-Have / Associated Experience\nExposure to Salesforce Order Management\nUnderstanding of revenue recognition concepts (ASC 606 / IFRS 15 -
