Description\nTitle:\nJunior Associate Accounts payable and Accounts receivable\nReports to: Finance Manager\nDepartment:\nAccounting and Finance\nPosition Responsibilities:\nEnsure the TAT (Turnaround time) of AP and AR functional responsibilities are complied.\nMaintain a daily log for data processed, pending and open queries.\nAssist in creation of vendor and customer master compliances.\nMonitor and track Advances and Aging of Payables on a periodic basis.\nPrepare and submit timely reports related to accounts receivable / accounts payable activities, including aging analysis.\nOverview the vendor and customer reconciliation process and resolve any discrepancies.\nConduct monthly reviews of indirect expenses and prepaid expenses to ensure accuracy and budget compliance.\nWork closely with finance manager and MIS team for monthly reporting deliverables.\nAid other accounting staff in the annual external audit review process.\nPerform all deliverables as per established DOAs, Contracts and relevant guidelines / SOPs.\nPosition Requirements:\nMBA or Masters degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.\nMinimum experience of 2+ years in accounts payable / accounts receivables or financial management roles, preferably in a similar industry.\nHave experience in handling team of at least 6-8 people.\nExcellent communication skills with ability to work closely with cross functional teams.\nProficiency in English language. \nAttention to detail, organize, analyzing information and data entry skills.\nAbility to work effectively in a team environment and communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders.\nPrevious experience in ERP systems is an
