Ensure that solutions meet the defined requirements and quality standards.\nChange Management: Support change-management activities by identifying and analysing the impact of proposed changes on business processes, systems, and stakeholders. Assist in developing training materials and providing user support during implementation.\nData Analysis: Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive informed business decisions. Use tools such as Excel, SQL, or data visualization software to extract, transform, and analyze data.\nContinuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to IT and business analysis. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, systems, and user experiences.\nREQUIREMENTS\nBusiness Analysis experience of 8+ years in Banking, Financial Services and/or Insurance domain. Experience in a product company would be preferred \nMBA in Finance/International Business/Marketing.
