ECP is a World Class Company.\nThe Project Manager is responsible for managing the construction phase of commercial construction projects. This position reports directly to the Senior Project Manager and the Director of Construction.\nResponsibilities and Duties\nOversees a team of managers and analysts to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications\nDelegates work and assignments to team members based on expertise, work experience, and time constraints\nLeads an interdepartmental team to complete an assigned project on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency\nOutlines the tasks involved in the project and delegates accordingly.\nConducts cost analysis, estimating expected costs for the project\nPrepares and implements a budget based on estimates\nConducts risk assessments: reports identified risks to management; provides recommendations for mitigation of risk (including termination of the project if appropriate)\nAddresses questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project\nActs as a liaison between company, customers, and vendors\nCommunicates and collaborates with sales and marketing teams to provide training and information required to promote and sell new projects, programs, and systems\nEnsures compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices\nPerforms other related duties as assigned\nRequirements\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nExcellent interpersonal and customer service skills\nExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail\nExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nStrong supervisory and leadership skills\nAbility to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate\nThorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn about the project or product being developed\nIntermediate to advanced knowledge of Procore\nProficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Project)\nMinimum:\nBachelor’s degree in related field, which may include Computer Science, Business, or Engineering\nA minimum of three (3) years of preconstruction phase management experience -OR- five (5) years of experience in construction management\nPreferred:\nPMP, PgMP, CAPM, and/or comparable project management\nAt Ethan Conrad Properties, we pride ourselves on our collaborative culture, which can be seen throughout every step of an ECP employee's journey.
