You can view public analytics on Dune for Cash and Stake.\nPosition overview\nWe're looking for a KOL and Social Manager to find, sign and manage KOLs (key opinion leaders: creators and influencers) who bring real users to ether.fi, and to run our day-to-day social posting. This is a user acquisition role: a KOL partnership is worth keeping only if it refers quality users.\nWhat you'll do\nResearch and scrape to find KOLs whose audiences match our users\n\nBuild your own tools to speed up sourcing and tracking, using AI-assisted coding (vibe coding)\n\nRecruit KOLs, set them up with referral tracking and manage the relationships\n\nTrack referred users per KOL and cut partnerships that don't perform\n\nSpend about an hour a day posting across ether.fi's social channels\n\nYour first 90 days\nBuild a roster of 10-20 KOLs, each referring more than 50 quality users a month\n\nWhat we are looking for\nYou can vibe code: you build simple tools and scripts with AI to get work done faster\n\nStrong research skills, including scraping to build lists and find people\n\nComfortable posting and running social accounts daily\n\nPrior KOL experience is not required\n\nDrive, willingness to work hard and go the extra mile.
