This includes triaging incoming referrals, assessing client needs, and matching clients with appropriate therapists. The Referral Coordinator will also work closely with therapists to ensure that clients receive the best possible care. Communication with Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) Support Coordinators is required to coordinate services and authorizations.\n Responsibilities:\nAnswer phone calls\nTriage incoming referrals and assess client needs\nUse DDD’s FOCUS system to search for inquiries\nMatch clients with appropriate therapists\nObtain authorization and enter into EMR\nFollow up with clients to ensure they are satisfied with their therapist\nTrack and report on referral data\nMaintain a strong working relationship with therapists and DDD Support Coordinators\nStay up-to-date on changes in DDD referral process\nParticipate in continuing education and training\nRepresent Essential Therapy Solutions in a professional and ethical manner\nRequired Education/Experience:\n1-2 years of experience in a referral coordination or client services role\nStrong organizational and time management skills\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\nCommitment to providing high-quality client care\nProficiency in the use of Word, Excel, other Microsoft Office tools and Google\nBenefits:\nCompetitive salary and benefits package\nOpportunity to work with a team of dedicated professionals\nChance to make a difference in the lives of others\n We are an agency of providers dedicated to empowering families and their loved ones by enhancing their quality of life within our local communities.
