Je rapporteert aan de Head of Risk Management en bent vooral gemotiveerd om tal van uitdagingen aan te gaan.\nDe kern van je functie draait om informatie- en fysieke beveiliging: de strategie, governance, implementatie en naleving van regelgeving en internationale standaarden.\nJe realiseert een roadmap met projecten om de beveiliging van Ethias verder te versterken.\nDaarnaast geef je leiding aan het Security Office-team (2de verdedigingslinie) en werk je nauw samen met Security Operations (1ste verdedigingslinie), uitgevoerd door onze dochteronderneming KEYES.\nJouw verantwoordelijkheden\nDe strategie inzake informatie- en fysieke beveiliging bepalen om dreigingen te identificeren, bedrijfsmiddelen te beschermen, beveiligingsincidenten op te sporen, er doeltreffend op te reageren en de continuïteit van de activiteiten snel te herstellen.\nDe governance voor informatie- en fysieke beveiliging opzetten en uitbouwen om de beveiliging binnen de organisatie gericht aan te sturen en effectief te superviseren.\nDecyberbeveiliging en operationele veerkracht sturen, in samenwerking met IT en de business, over domeinen heen zoals risicobeheer, compliance, identiteits- en toegangsbeheer, infrastructuur, applicaties en innovatieve technologieën zoals cloud en AI.\nDe security roadmap bepalen en realiseren, met focus op een tijdige oplevering van projecten binnen budget en in lijn met de vooropgestelde doelstellingen.\nDe conformiteit verzekeren met relevante regelgeving en securitystandaarden (DORA, ISO 2700x, NIST, CIS, CSA, enz.).\nLeveranciers beheren en hun naleving van securityvereisten en regelgeving bewaken.\n Teams inspireren en laten groeien, sterke partnerships uitbouwen en een cultuur van security, operational excellence en continue verbetering
