We build engineering teams for clients in the life sciences and technology sectors.\nAbout the Role\nWe’re looking for a senior, hands-on Technical Recruiter who owns the full end-to-end hiring process. You’ll go beyond keyword matching. You need to evaluate a candidate’s technical depth in SQL, data work, and object-oriented programming, and also judge their interpersonal skills, seniority, and sense of ownership. You’ll work closely with our delivery leads and clients to make sure every hire is a strong technical and cultural fit.\nWhat You’ll Do\nOwn the full recruiting cycle: intake with hiring managers, sourcing, screening, technical pre-assessment, interview coordination, offer, and onboarding handoff\nRun technical screens on SQL and data skills (joins, aggregations, query logic) and on OOP concepts (classes, inheritance, encapsulation, design patterns)\nAssess soft skills: communication, accountability, ownership, and how candidates work in client-facing teams\nCalibrate seniority accurately, telling real senior experience apart from years on a resume\nSource passive candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, communities, and direct outreach\nBuild and maintain talent pipelines for recurring roles\nWrite clear candidate summaries and recommendations for internal teams and clients\nTrack pipeline metrics and keep the ATS up to date (Workable or similar)\nRepresent EthicsCode professionally to candidates and clients\nRequirements\nWhat You Bring\n8+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally in staff augmentation, consulting, or software services\nSolid hands-on SQL knowledge: you can read, write, and evaluate queries\nGood understanding of OOP principles and common languages (Java, C#, Python, or similar)\nA proven ability to identify strong interpersonal skills, responsibility, and real seniority\nA hands-on attitude: you don’t just source, you drive the process to closure\nExperience hiring developers, data engineers, QA, and integration engineers\nExcellent communication skills in English;
