version histories.\nParticipate in sprint planning, refinements, and collaborative solution development.\nRequired Skills & Experience:\nFour or more years of practical experience with Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL.\nStrong expertise in crafting optimized queries, procedures, and scripts.\nSolid understanding of SQL logical query processing, three-valued logic (NULL handling), and inner vs. outer join semantics.\nExperience with stored procedures, triggers, indexing, and query performance enhancement, including execution plan analysis, statistics, sargable predicates, implicit conversions, and parameter sniffing.\nKnowledge of transaction isolation levels, locking, and row versioning (such as READ COMMITTED SNAPSHOT), and of the data-accuracy risks of NOLOCK.\nThorough understanding of relational database concepts and data normalization.\nProficient in working with substantial datasets, including joins, subqueries, common table expressions (CTEs), aggregations, and window functions, producing deterministic results when ties occur.\nExperience with date/time data types, UTC and time-zone conversions, and audit-trail data.\nExperience utilizing version control tools such as Git for managing SQL artifacts.\nCapability to interpret entity-relationship diagrams (ERDs), functional specifications, and data mapping documents.\nDemonstrated experience in writing unit tests and collaborating with quality assurance teams.\nFamiliarity with data export/import procedures, including bulk operations.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain and justify technical decisions.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nMore than 5 years of experience working with SQL.\nExperience with enterprise reporting tools.\nExposure to contemporary business intelligence platforms such as ThoughtSpot, Power BI, or Tableau.\nExperience in migrating reports across different tools.\nFamiliarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.\nBasic understanding of data warehousing or ETL tools is advantageous.\nExposure to DevOps practices or CI/CD processes for SQL deployments is a plus.\nPlus ++\nExperience working in the Life Sciences industry, particularly in regulated environments such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or clinical research.\nFamiliarity with GxP compliance (Good Clinical Practice, Good Manufacturing Practice, etc.), FDA regulations, and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements.\nProven ability to work with sensitive medical or clinical data while maintaining data integrity, traceability (audit trails, change history),
