You don’t need to work as a full-time software developer, but you should be comfortable reading code, understanding technical concepts, building small prototypes or proof-of-concepts when needed, and discussing technical solutions with developers as an equal.\nYou naturally use modern AI tools to analyze requirements, develop concepts, investigate technical questions, create prototypes and make your daily work more efficient.\nIdeally, you bring the following:\nExperience in technical project management, software development or a similar technical role\nStrong understanding of modern software development, web technologies, APIs and software architecture\nAbility to read code and understand technical concepts regardless of the programming language\nPractical experience with AI-assisted development, prototyping or vibe coding\nAbility to investigate technical challenges independently before involving additional specialists\nExperience with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban\nExperience planning and facilitating sprint planning sessions, reviews, retrospectives and stand-ups\nExperience writing, structuring and prioritizing user stories and acceptance criteria\nExperience working with Jira or similar ticket management systems\nA structured, self-driven and solution-oriented way of working\nStrong communication skills and enjoyment in working directly with customers\nA good understanding of project economics, budgets, schedules and quality\nAbility to identify additional opportunities and meaningful improvements within existing customer projects\nExcellent German and good English language skills\nYou may currently be working as a Software Developer or Technical Lead and are looking to take on more responsibility for customers and projects.
