troubleshoot and adjust programs to correct issues during production runs.\n· Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.) to verify conformance to specifications.\n· Report equipment issues promptly.\n· Coordinate with fabrication, weld, and assembly supervisors to keep parts flowing on schedule.\nRequirements\n· 3+ years of hands-on experience operating CNC and manual machine tools in a manufacturing or job shop environment.\n · Experience with setting up and running lathes and mills, working with low-volume work.\n· Strong ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings, including GD&T basics.\n· Proficiency with precision measuring instruments and quality inspection methods.\n· Working knowledge of CNC setup and program editing (Fanuc or similar controls preferred).\n· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced production setting.\n· High school diploma or equivalent required;
