Ethos is an American insurtech company founded in 2016 that simplifies and modernizes the life insurance purchasing process. Operating as a digital platform rather than a direct carrier, Ethos uses data analytics and proprietary algorithms to allow customers to apply for term and whole life insurance online in minutes. By leveraging simplified underwriting, the platform eliminates traditional barriers like lengthy medical exams for most applicants, partnering with top-rated insurance providers to issue policies.
