You'll work closely with our sales, product, marketing and operations teams to drive rapid growth of the business while building a category-defining product.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nWork closely with strategic distribution account owners to provide sales content/resources/tools, distribution partner onboarding, training, and account management for Ethos’ platform\nWork closely with strategic distribution account owners to demonstrate Ethos’ value to distribution partners and effectively differentiate, sell, and drive adoption of the Ethos solution\nServe as the internal point-of-contact for strategic distribution account inquiries and ensure strategic distribution partners at all levels have a positive user experience\nBe the voice of the strategic distribution partners to internal stakeholders - translate their needs and advocate on their behalf\nQualifications and Skills:\nAbility to work through ambiguity and in a hyper-growth sales environment\nConsistent track record of meeting and exceeding goals \nStrong interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for varying partner needs\nExcellent communication and project management skills\nSelf-starter attitude with a bias for impact and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous team environment \nPrior enterprise partnerships experience is preferred, but not required\nPrior experience in life insurance is a plus, but not required \nTech stacks: Slack, Google Sheets/Docs/Slides, Microsoft Office, etc. \n#LI-Hybrid\n#LI-KP2\nDon’t meet every single requirement?
