Working night shift hours to overlap with our Pacific Time-based hiring teams, you'll play a critical role in delivering a seamless, world-class candidate experience while helping our recruiters and hiring managers move quickly and efficiently. \nDuties and Responsibilities:\nEnsure every candidate has a world-class interview experience from first contact through offer\nSchedule a high volume of phone, virtual, and onsite interviews across hiring teams, executives, and candidates spanning multiple US time zones\nCoordinate travel logistics for non-local candidates as needed\nSupport day-of interview logistics (virtual coordination, rescheduling, real-time troubleshooting) to keep interviews running on time\nManage candidate flow and data integrity through our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse)\nServe as a point of contact for candidates and interviewers, providing clear, timely communication across time zones\nSupport employer brand efforts by partnering with marketing and design on internal/external career page content\nHelp organize and support virtual recruiting events, acting as a brand ambassador for Ethos\nQualifications and Skills:\n3-5 years of experience in Recruiting Coordination, Recruiting, or People Operations\nWorking knowledge of Greenhouse (ATS) and ModernLoop (or similar interview scheduling/automation tools)\nExperience supporting or working with a US-based team, with strong cross-time-zone communication skills\nComfortable and reliable working night shift hours on an ongoing basis\nHigh attention to detail in all candidate and stakeholder interactions\nPersonable, professional, and able to maintain a positive attitude under shifting, high-volume circumstances\nStrong organizational skills and a creative approach to problem-solving\nReliable internet connectivity and a suitable remote work setup for night-shift operations\n#LI-Onsite\n#LI-MS1\nDon’t meet every single requirement?
