JOB SUMMARY: Ethos' Product Management team is seeking a full-time Program Manager, M&A Integration (REMOTE) to own acquisition integration from end to end. Every company we acquire brings systems, data, and people that need to be absorbed quickly and cleanly. This role owns the planning, the acquired-company relationships, the execution, and the escalations, and turns each migration into a repeatable playbook so every integration after it is faster and less costly. The role also coordinates cross-team dependencies across four product lines, maintains the portfolio view of initiatives, milestones, and risks, and delivers concise executive status reporting.
