You'll be a key thought partner to our product teams - turning complex data into clear decisions and advocating for our members through every insight you surface.\nDuties & Responsibilities\nChampion a data-driven culture across product teams by setting standards for measurement, instrumentation, and insight communication\nPartner closely with Product Managers to define feature success metrics, implement event tracking, build dashboards, and analyze A/B experiment results\nProactively conduct exploratory analyses and deep-dive research on large datasets to uncover high-impact opportunities in risk, fraud detection, and pricing\nServe as the go-to expert for product data - answering complex questions quickly and translating findings into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders and executives\nCommunicate not just what the data shows, but what it means - delivering recommendations with confidence to senior leadership\nAdvocate for our members by ensuring their needs are represented in every product decision informed by data\nQualifications & Skills\n4+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, or data-driven product management\nExpert-level SQL skills, with the ability to work across large, complex datasets\nStrong proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g. Snowflake, Mode, Tableau) to convey insights to both technical and non-technical audiences\nProven ability to independently build clear, compelling data visualizations that communicate trends, patterns, and recommendations to a range of audiences\nSolid experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks and best practices\nWorking knowledge of statistical techniques including linear and logistic regression, confidence intervals, and chain ladder methods\nProficiency in Python or R for scripting, automation, and advanced analysis\nFamiliarity with enterprise business systems (e.g. ERP, CRM, or product platforms) and an understanding of how operational data flows inform product analytics\n#LI-Hybrid\n#LI-KP1\nDon’t meet every single requirement?
