We're a team that cares deeply, thinks clearly, and moves fast, with real ownership and very little red tape.\nAbout the role\n As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you'll lead cross-team programs that move the business forward, from carrier integrations and partner launches to internal tooling and platform improvements. You'll bring structure to ambiguity, keep many teams pulling in the same direction, and make sure what we ship is what we meant to ship.\nDuties and Responsibilities\nOwn end-to-end delivery of cross-functional programs, from scoping and planning through launch and follow-up.\nLead high-impact programs end to end with minimal oversight, owning the outcome rather than just the plan.\nPartner with Engineering, Product, Data, Operations, and external partners to turn goals into clear plans, milestones, and owners.\nSpot risks and dependencies early, raise them plainly, and drive decisions instead of waiting on consensus.\nKeep program health visible with crisp written updates, so leaders and teams always know where things stand.\nDig into technical details (architecture, integrations, data flows) well enough to ask the right questions and make good tradeoffs.\nRun retrospectives after every launch and feed what you learn back into how we plan and execute.\nQualifications and Skills:\n5+ years of technical program management (or similar) at a technology company.\nA track record of delivering complex programs that span multiple engineering teams.\nEnough technical depth to engage with engineers on system design, APIs, and integrations.\nExcellent written and verbal communication, including with senior stakeholders.\nComfort with ambiguity, and the judgment to prioritize and adjust quickly.\nA data-driven approach: you define success metrics up front and measure against them.\nNice to have\nExperience in insurance, fintech, or another regulated industry.\nExperience with partner or third-party integrations.\nExperience using AI tools to speed up planning, reporting, and execution.\n#LI-Remote #LI-MK1\nThe US national base salary range for this full-time position is $123,000 - $217,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.
