Ethos is redefining how life insurance is bought, sold, and underwritten.\nAbout the role\nThe Underwriting Support Associate provides administrative and analytical support to Underwriters. This role ensures efficient workflow, accurate documentation and timely communication with internal and external stakeholders and teams enabling underwriters to make informed decisions.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nSupport underwriting team with evidence requirements.\nTrack the status of applications and policies to ensure timely processing.\nAct as a liaison between agents, clients, policy servicing team and underwriters, providing updates and clarifications.\nAddressing sales queries timely within agreed SLA.\nGenerate, analyze, and distribute regular MIS reports (e.g., productivity, quality scores, pending cases, turnaround times, vendor reports) to management for performance tracking and decision-making.\nAssist in processing reinstatement requests by gathering required documentation, coordinating with underwriters and other teams to ensure seamless processing and communication.\nAssist with special projects and analysis as assigned by the Underwriting support manager.\nQualifications and Skills:\nExperience: >1-2 years in Life Insurance Operations, within Underwriting Support or policy servicing/customer service in the insurance sector.\nEducation: Graduate in any stream (LOMA/III certifications are an advantage).\nTechnical Skills: Proficiency in Insurance Core Systems (PAS).\nProficiency in MS Excel, reporting tools, and MIS dashboards..\nCommunication and customer service skills.\nAbility to work in high-pressure, high-volume environments.\nAttention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.\n#LI-Hybrid\n#LI-PA1\nDon’t meet every single requirement?
