clients.\n\nDefine and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media.\n\nPrepare, manage, and monitor social content plans and calendars.\n\nPlan and execute creative photoshoot and short video ideas in collaboration with editors.\n\nParticipate in campaign ideation, execution, and performance analysis across social platforms.\n\nStay up to date with the latest best practices and trends in social media.\n\nUtilize social media tools like Amplify, Talkwalker, and others.\n\nCollaborate with the customer service team, social media team, and creative team to ensure innovative and engaging content plans.\n\nMonitor user engagement and suggest content improvements.\n\nHire and/or train new members of the social media team.\n\nProvide constructive feedback on social media plans and campaigns.\n\nالمهام المطلوبة منك:\n\nتطوير وتنفيذ وإدارة استراتيجية وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي لعملائنا.\n\nتحديد وتحقيق أهم مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسة لوسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.\n\nإعداد وإدارة ومراقبة خطط وتقاويم المحتوى الاجتماعي.\n\nإعداد وتنفيذ أفكار لجلسات تصوير إبداعية وفيديوهات قصيرة والعمل مع المحررين.\n\nالمشاركة في أفكار الحملات من حيث التنفيذ، وقياس نجاح كل حملة في وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.\n\nالبقاء على اطلاع بأحدث الممارسات وأفضل التقنيات في مجال وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.\n\nاستخدام أدوات لوسائل التواصل الاجتماعي مثل Amplify و Talkwalker وغيرها.\n\nالعمل مع فريق خدمة العملاء، فريق وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، والفريق الإبداعي لضمان أن خطط المحتوى مبتكرة وجذابة.\n\nمراقبة تفاعل المستخدمين واقتراح تحسين المحتوى.\n\nتوظيف / تدريب الآخرين في فريق وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.\n\nتقديم ملاحظات بناءة حول خطط / حملات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.\n Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.\n\nMinimum of 2 years of experience in social media.\n\nComprehensive knowledge of various social media platforms.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.\n\nExceptional ability to create engaging and unique content.\n\nExcellent organizational and time management skills.\n\nStrong analytical skills to measure and enhance performance.\n\nدرجة بكالوريوس في التسويق، الاتصالات، أو مجال ذي صلة.\n\nخبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال
