You'll be responsible for deeply understanding customer needs, defining the product vision, and working cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and Customer Success to ship products that solve real problems for enterprises managing AI governance and data privacy at scale.\nResponsibilities\n1. Product Strategy & Vision\nDevelop and execute a quarterly product roadmap that aligns with company objectives and customer needs, delivering 90%+ on-time completion\n\nDefine and prioritize features based on customer impact, business value, technical feasibility, and strategic alignment with company goals\n\nConduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and ensure we're building differentiated products\n\nClearly articulate the problems being solved and how they connect to business outcomes and customer success\n\n2. Requirements & Execution\nGather and document comprehensive product requirements by deeply understanding customer pain points, use cases, and workflows\n\nTransform customer needs into clear, actionable user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria that minimize engineering revision requests\n\nImplement data-driven prioritization systems that improve development efficiency and ensure the team builds the highest-impact features\n\nChampion an MVP approach with rapid iteration based on user feedback and data insights\n\n3. Cross-Functional Collaboration\nPartner closely with Engineering to ensure technical feasibility, participate in architectural discussions, and make informed trade-off decisions\n\nCollaborate with Design to create intuitive user experiences that meet both user needs and technical constraints\n\nCommunicate product vision, priorities, and updates clearly to all stakeholders including Sales, Customer Success, and executive leadership\n\nAlign diverse stakeholders around product decisions through transparent communication and data-backed rationale\n\n4. Agile Product Management\nMaintain a well-organized, prioritized product backlog with clear user stories and acceptance criteria\n\nLead sprint planning sessions and work with Engineering to define achievable sprint goals\n\nActively participate in agile ceremonies including standups, retrospectives, and demos\n\nDrive iterative development through continuous feedback loops and regular product releases\n\n5. Data-Driven Decision Making\nDefine and track 3-5 key product metrics that demonstrate measurable product impact and user value\n\nLeverage product analytics, user feedback, and market data to inform feature prioritization and product decisions\n\nDesign and analyze experiments (A/B tests) to validate hypotheses and optimize features\n\nSynthesize qualitative user feedback with quantitative data to drive product improvements\n\nRequirements\n1. Product Management Experience\n5+ years of product management experience shipping B2B or enterprise SaaS products with proven track record of successful product launches\n\nStrong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working within agile frameworks to deliver incremental value\n\nExperience managing complex product roadmaps with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities\n\nDemonstrated ability to drive products from concept through launch and iteration based on customer feedback\n\n2. AI/LLM Product Experience\nHands-on experience building products that leverage AI, machine learning, or large language models in production environments\n\nUnderstanding of AI capabilities, limitations, and best practices for integrating LLMs into product experiences\n\nKnowledge of AI governance, responsible AI practices, and the technical considerations for deploying AI at enterprise scale\n\nAbility to identify opportunities where AI can meaningfully improve product value and user experience\n\n3. Technical Acumen\nSufficient technical understanding to have productive conversations with engineers about architecture, implementation approaches, and technical trade-offs\n\nAbility to understand complex technical concepts related to data privacy, APIs, integrations, and distributed systems\n\nExperience creating technical specifications that bridge business requirements and engineering implementation\n\nComfortable participating in technical discussions and making informed decisions about technical approaches\n\n4. Technical Background\nEngineering or computer science background with hands-on coding experience\n\nExperience as a technical product manager or solutions architect\n\nAbility to read code and contribute to technical discussions at a detailed level\n\n4. Startup Experience\nThrived in high-growth startup environments (Series A-C) where you wore multiple hats\n\nExperience building products from 0-to-1 with limited resources and high ambiguity\n\nComfortable with rapid iteration, changing priorities, and moving fast with incomplete information\n\n5.
