The role focuses on transforming operational and financial data into actionable business insights while supporting automation, AI-driven initiatives, and process improvement programs.\nThe incumbent will work closely with business stakeholders, process owners, finance teams, and technology teams to build scalable data pipelines, reporting solutions, dashboards, and automation capabilities that improve operational efficiency, data quality, process controls, and decision-making across the organization.\nAccountabilities\nConsolidate and manage enterprise data, developing scalable data models and automated reporting solutions to support operational, financial, and strategic decision-making.\nEnsure the integrity, accuracy, security, and availability of business-critical data, enabling reliable management reporting, regulatory compliance, and informed decision-making across the organization.\nDevelop and support KPI dashboards, real-time performance monitoring tools, and advanced analytics solutions across back-office operations, providing actionable insights to enhance operational efficiency, service delivery, and business performance.\nDrive process transformation by identifying and implementing automation opportunities through RPA, AI agents, workflow automation, and low-code solutions, partnering with business stakeholders to redesign processes, eliminate manual interventions, and enhance operational efficiency across finance and administrative functions.\nPartner with operational teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies, performing root cause analysis, implementing sustainable solutions, and delivering productivity gains, cost optimization, and enhanced service quality through data-driven process improvement methodologies\nDevelop and maintain business intelligence dashboards, analytics, and reporting solutions that provide actionable insights into operational performance, process efficiency, workload trends, and strategic decision-making.\nSupport the development and deployment of AI-driven solutions, AI agents, and knowledge repositories that automate transactional activities, enhance process guidance, improve data validation, and enable intelligent decision-making across finance and operational functions.\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field.\nCertification in Data Analytics, Power BI, Azure Data Engineering, AI, Automation, or related disciplines is desirable.\nExperience\n4-5 years of experience in Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Automation, or Digital Transformation.\nExperience working in airline, aviation, finance operations, shared services, or large enterprise environments is preferred.\nTechnical Skills\nSQL and database management.\nPower BI, Tableau, or equivalent visualization platforms.\nPython, SQL, Power Query, or related data engineering tools.\nUnderstanding of ETL/ELT processes and data warehouse concepts.\nKnowledge of Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, or cloud-based data platforms.\nFamiliarity with RPA tools such as Power Automate, UiPath, or Automation Anywhere.\nBasic understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and AI Agent frameworks.\nAdvert expires Friday 6th November\n Etihad Airways is more than the UAE’s national airline - we’re shaping the future of global aviation.
