Coordinate with stakeholders, manage deliverables and drive actions to closure.\nAccountabilities\nAnalyze inventory, stores and supply chain performance, develop KPIs and dashboards, and recommend improvements.\nPerform inventory and operational analysis to support business decisions.\nDevelop Power BI dashboards, Excel analysis, reports and PowerPoint presentations to provide clear business insights.\nSupport projects and process improvements, including requirements, analysis, testing, implementation and post-implementation support.\nIndependently manage tasks, projects and analytical initiatives, track progress and drive actions to closure.\nCoordinate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements, resolve issues and follow up on deliverables.\nIdentify opportunities for reporting, process and workflow automation using appropriate digital tools.\nPrepare management reports, project updates, business cases, presentations and ad-hoc analysis.\nSupport inventory strategies, business processes, controls, procedures and continuous improvement initiatives.\nManage multiple priorities while demonstrating ownership, proactive follow-up, attention to detail and delivery under pressure.\n Education & Experience\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification with a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in inventory, supply chain, data analytics, business analysis or project activities, preferably in aviation industry.\nGood understanding of aviation inventory, stores, materials management and supply chain processes, including operational KPIs.\nGood understanding of aviation ERP/MRO inventory and materials management systems, preferably AMOS or a comparable aviation MRO/ERP platform.\nAdvanced Microsoft Power BI and advanced Microsoft Excel skills\nGood working knowledge of SQL/Oracle for data extraction, validation and analysis.\nKnowledge of Power Automate and/or Python for automation and data analysis would be an advantage.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root-cause analysis and developing practical recommendations.\nStrong stakeholder management skills, with proactive communication, coordination, and follow-up.\nGood PowerPoint, presentation and business communication skills for presenting analysis, project status, and recommendations.\nProactive, assertive, self-motivated and accountable, with the ability to work independently, own deliverables and perform under pressure.\n Etihad Airways is more than the UAE’s national airline - we’re shaping the future of global aviation.
