From building internal prototypes and automating processes to collaborating with technology vendors and supporting business users, you’ll play an important role in making our commercial systems smarter and more effective.\nWe’re particularly interested in individuals who bring strong technical and analytical capabilities, curiosity about emerging technologies, and an interest in how AI and automation can transform business processes.\nPrevious airline or pricing experience would be an advantage, but it’s not essential. We’re equally interested in talented individuals from other industries who can bring fresh thinking, technical expertise, and a passion for innovation.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nDevelop scripts, prototypes, analytical tools, and automation solutions to improve pricing processes, system functionality, and operational efficiency.\nWork closely with Pricing and Revenue Management teams to understand business challenges, gather requirements, and translate them into practical technical solutions.\nSupport the development, testing, implementation, and continuous improvement of pricing and Revenue Management systems.\nCollaborate with external technology vendors to develop enhancements, resolve technical issues, and deliver new system capabilities.\nInvestigate system issues, troubleshoot problems, and coordinate fixes to ensure effective performance and a positive user experience.\nAnalyze operational data, system performance, and pricing activities to identify opportunities for improvement.\nDevelop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical models to support business decisions and performance monitoring.\nExplore opportunities to apply AI, advanced analytics, and emerging technologies to improve pricing solutions and automate existing processes.\nCoordinate user acceptance testing, system enhancements, and releases, ensuring solutions meet business requirements.\nSupport business users through technical guidance, documentation, training, and ongoing system improvements.\nWork collaboratively with Revenue Management, Pricing, Technology, Digital, and other commercial stakeholders to deliver innovative, practical solutions.\n What We’re Looking For\nWe’re looking for a technically capable, analytical problem-solver who enjoys both developing solutions and working directly with the people who use them.\nTo succeed in this role, you’ll bring:\nA bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Operations Research, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant knowledge and capability.\nHands-on experience with programming, scripting, data analysis, or technical solution development, ideally using tools such as Python, SQL, or R.\nExperience developing or supporting analytical models, dashboards, automation tools, prototypes, or business applications.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate technical issues and translate findings into practical solutions.\nThe confidence and technical ability to work directly with code and data, rather than simply overseeing technical projects.\nThe ability to understand business requirements and collaborate with users, technology teams, and external vendors to deliver effective solutions.\nStrong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.\nA proactive, collaborative approach, with attention to detail, ownership, and a genuine desire to learn and improve.\nIt would also be great if you have:\nExperience applying AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics to business problems, or exposure to AI-enabled solutions and their implementation.\nFamiliarity with Power BI, Tableau, Databricks, cloud-based data platforms, or similar technologies.\nExperience supporting enterprise applications, including system testing, troubleshooting, user support, and vendor coordination.\nExposure to airline Revenue Management, pricing, fare management, forecasting, or optimization.\nFamiliarity with airline pricing platforms such as Airnguru, ATPCO, PROS, or Amadeus.\nAn understanding of agile delivery, change management, and continuous process improvement.\n Closing Date\nThe closing date for accepting applications for this position is midnight on 28 October 2026\nRecruitment Process\nThe recruitment process for this position will involve the following steps:\nApplications will be reviewed by a human-member of our Recruitment Team\nShortlisted applicants will be invited to complete an AI-lead video interview via our third-party platform.
