Working alongside Digital, Technology and Commercial stakeholders, you’ll help define how our Revenue Management systems evolve to support one of the world’s fastest-growing airlines.\nIf you’re passionate about solving complex commercial problems, improving systems and driving innovation, we’d love to hear from you.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nIdentify opportunities to improve commercial systems, business processes and decision frameworks through automation, advanced analytics and emerging technologies.\nAct as support for inventory-related Revenue Management systems, ensuring they continue to evolve in line with commercial priorities.\nPartner with Revenue Management, Commercial, Digital and Technology teams to define business requirements and influence future product roadmaps.\nOversee system enhancements, upgrades, testing and production releases while ensuring minimal business disruption.\nMonitor inventory optimisation performance, user behaviour and forecasting outcomes, providing recommendations that improve commercial performance.\nManage calibration of forecasting models, optimisation parameters and inventory controls to maximise revenue opportunities.\nEnsure high standards of system data quality, governance and usability across Revenue Management platforms.\nTranslate complex analytical outputs into practical commercial recommendations for business stakeholders.\n What we’re looking for\nWe’re looking for someone who combines strong airline Revenue Management expertise with a genuine passion for improving systems, solving business problems and delivering innovation.\nYou’ll be comfortable working across commercial and technical teams, influencing stakeholders and turning complex business requirements into scalable solutions.\nEssential\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Operations Research, Economics or a related discipline (MBA advantageous).\nMinimum 4 years relevant experience or airline industry experience desirable.\nHands-on experience with inventory optimization and availability management.\nExperience with Python, R, Tableau, Databricks or similar analytical tools.\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills.\nDemonstrated experience delivering projects while balancing operational priorities.\nDesirable\nExperience using Revenue Management platforms such as Amadeus, Sabre or PROS.\nExposure to cloud technologies including Azure, AWS or GCP.\nExperience delivering automation, analytics or AI-enabled commercial solutions.\nEtihad Airways is more than the UAE’s national airline - we’re shaping the future of global aviation.
