Partner closely with business, technology, and external vendors to deliver enhancements, manage releases, ensure data integrity, and maintain operational stability across the Revenue Management landscape.\nAccountabilities\nOwn the product delivery roadmap, backlog, release planning, and lifecycle management for Revenue Management and Group Sales solutions.\nTranslate business requirements into technical specifications, integration designs, and acceptance criteria, ensuring successful delivery of enhancements, upgrades, and new capabilities. \nManage integrations and data flows across PROS, Amadeus Altéa Inventory, RAAV, schedules, fares, bookings, inventory, and revenue-related systems. \nMonitor interface performance, data quality, and operational SLAs, driving issue resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement. \nCoordinate cross-functional delivery across internal technology, data, platform, and integration teams while managing dependencies and release schedules. \nAct as the primary technical liaison between business stakeholders, vendors, and external solution providers, ensuring accountability for delivery, change requests, and service quality. \nCoordinate closely with the DTI technical, platform and data teams who own the underlying platforms, aligning Offer delivery with their roadmaps, standards, environments and release schedules. \nManage cross-team dependencies and sequencing across DTI integration, platform and data engineering, securing the capacity and commitment needed for Offer initiatives.\nAct as the bridge between the Offer business and DTI, translating requirements and arbitrating technical trade-offs across teams.\nEnsure system stability through effective incident, problem, change, and environment management practices. \nMaintain technical documentation, interface specifications, data dictionaries, and operational runbooks.\nHold vendors accountable on SLAs, change requests and defect resolution, and support commercial and contract discussions with technical input \n Education & Experience\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Research, or a related discipline. \n5+ years of experience within airline technology, commercial systems, or revenue management environments. \nMinimum 4 years of hands-on experience with PROS Revenue Management solutions, including implementation, integration, or production support. \nStrong experience integrating airline commercial systems, ideally within the Amadeus Altéa and Revenue Availability ecosystem. \nSolid understanding of airline data domains including schedules, ATPCO fares, bookings/PNRs, inventory management, competitor data, and revenue accounting. \nExperience managing complex, multi-vendor technology deliveries and cross-functional stakeholder engagement. \nStrong technical knowledge of APIs, integrations, SaaS platforms, cloud-based environments, SQL, and data reconciliation processes. \n Etihad Airways is more than the UAE’s national airline - we’re shaping the future of global aviation.
