OBJETIVO DEL CARGO:

Apoya, estimular, resaltar las labores que realicen los promotores de ventas, para permitir que el desempeño de los mismos sea mejor en todos los ámbitos con el objetivo de cumplir los objetivos comerciales de la regional.

FORMACIÓN:

  • Profesional titulado a nivel licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Comercial o relacionados con el área de salud, además de comercial.

EXPERIENCIA:

  • Experiencia laboral general mínima de 3 años en promoción o ventas en el rubro masivos, microempresas y/o farmacéutico.
  • Experiencia laboral específica mínima de 1 año en cargos similares, habiendo supervisado equipos de ventas o comerciales

CONOCIMIENTOS TÉCNICOS:

  • Conocimiento del mercado farmacéutico (ideal)
  • Manejo de Excel nivel intermedio.
  • Gestión de CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
  • Manejo de Close Up, IMS (deseable)
  • Conocimiento del Sistema Integrado de Gestión (ISO)
