Visit our Media Centre for the latest news.\nYou can find out more about eToro here.\nRole Summary\nWe’re hiring a BizOps AI Developer to build AI-powered operational systems and agentic applications that improve efficiency, automation, and decision-making across the organization.\nThis is a hands-on engineering role where you will design, build, and ship production-grade AI systems - working closely with a Squad Lead, Product Managers, and business stakeholders.\nYou will operate at the intersection of AI engineering, full-stack development, and business operations, developing scalable AI capabilities that integrate directly into internal tools and workflows.\nWhat will you be doing?\nDesign, build, and deploy AI agents and applications end-to-end\nDevelop RAG pipelines, including data ingestion, embeddings, retrieval, and LLM orchestration\nImplement agentic workflows, including tool-calling, structured outputs, and multi-step reasoning systems\nBuild backend services, APIs, and integrations with internal systems (CRM, databases, third-party tools)\nContribute to frontend/internal tools that embed AI into operational workflows\nWork with structured, unstructured, and vectorized data to support intelligent automation\nImprove system performance through evaluation, testing, and iteration\nMonitor and optimize systems for reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency\nCollaborate closely with product and business stakeholders to translate requirements into practical solutions\nContribute to shared AI infrastructure and reusable components across teams\nRequirements\n2+ years of software engineering experience (full-stack or backend-focused)\nHands-on experience building or contributing to production AI / LLM-based systems\nExperience with RAG systems, embeddings, and retrieval pipelines\nFamiliarity with agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or similar\nExperience with tool calling, structured outputs, and workflow orchestration\nStrong backend development skills (APIs, services, integrations)\nExperience with modern AI-native dev tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, or similar workflows)\nFamiliarity with cloud environments (Azure preferred)\nUnderstanding of system design fundamentals (scalability, reliability, observability)\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments\nGood communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams\nNice to Have\nExperience with multi-agent systems or advanced orchestration patterns\nFamiliarity with evaluation frameworks for LLM systems (testing, benchmarking, quality metrics)\nExperience with vector databases and large-scale data pipelines\nExposure to BizOps, operations, or process automation domains\nExperience building internal tools or platforms\nFamiliarity with event-driven or distributed systems\nOur Hiring Philosophy:\nAt eToro, AI is changing how we build, work and make decisions, and our hiring approach reflects that.
