In this role, you will support regulatory change, product governance, financial promotions, complaints and compliance monitoring, while building controlled and auditable AI-enabled workflows.\nYou will work closely with the UK Head of Compliance, senior management, Group Compliance and business teams, using sound professional judgment to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical policies, controls and processes.\nResponsibilities:\nBuild, operate and quality-assure AI-enabled compliance workflows within a controlled and auditable framework.\nSupport the assessment and implementation of UK regulatory developments, including the upcoming FCA cryptoasset regulatory regime.\nTranslate regulatory requirements into practical policies, procedures, controls and business requirements.\nProvide compliance input into product design, product reviews, target-market assessments, fair-value assessments and customer outcomes.\nDevelop and maintain compliance policies, monitoring plans, records, training and guidance.\nManage Compliance involvement in Financial Ombudsman Service complaints and identify relevant trends and root causes.\nReview and approve financial promotions, providing practical and risk-based compliance advice.\nPrepare regulatory updates, management information and briefing materials for senior stakeholders and governance forums.\nProvide constructive challenge to business teams and escalate material or higher-risk matters as appropriate.\nRequirements\n5+ years of relevant compliance experience within financial services, preferably in a regulated fintech, investment firm or digital platform.\nPractical experience with AI, automation, data analysis or workflow tools.\nExperience in regulatory change, policy development, compliance advisory or product governance.\nStrong knowledge of UK regulations, including Consumer Duty, conduct risk and customer-outcome principles.\nAbility to interpret complex regulatory requirements and turn them into practical controls and business processes.\nStrong judgment, independence, and confidence when advising and challenging senior stakeholders.\nExcellent written, verbal and stakeholder-management skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nExperience with financial promotions, complaints or digital assets and crypto is an advantage.","description_format":"text","description_chars":2474,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":5,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[{"name":"United Kingdom","iso":"GB","kind":"country"}],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Online Brokerage & Trading Platforms","Forex & CFD Brokers"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-10-25T10:46:00Z"},{"event":"close","at":"2026-10-28T09:35:17Z"}],"visa":[{"country":"GB","licensed_sponsor":true,"evidence":"Licensed UK visa sponsor (Senior or Specialist Worker, Skilled Worker)","filings_12m":null,"filings_prev_12m":null,"green_card_filings_12m":null,"median_offered_wage_usd":null,"route":"Global Business Mobility: Senior or Specialist Worker;
