You can find out more about eToro here.\nWe are constantly growing and are excited to share that we are looking for an It Specialist to join our fantastic team!\nWhat you'll be doing?\nDiagnose and resolve IT technical issues involving internet connectivity, Servers issues (VM and cloud), email clients, VPN, and various operating systems. \nLeverage AI tools and assistants to streamline support workflows, automate routine tasks, and improve troubleshooting efficiency. \nMonitor and resolve customer incidents, ensuring accurate classification and timely updates. Adhere to customer SLAs for swift service restoration. Expertly\nManage users and permissions in Active Directory, AZURE AD, G-suite, Terminal Services, and address hardware, software, and network-related issues. \nInstall, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, meeting rooms, and other IT equipment. \nWrite scripts to optimize automation across the organization. \nTroubleshoot software applications and operating system issues for seamless IT operations. \nLook for trends occurring in the environment, gather evidence and facts to raise these to the attention of the team, so the problem can be identified and resolved, and future recurring issues can be avoided and collaborate with other IT team members to escalate and resolve complex technical issues. \nCreate procedures and create new documentation for both technical and end-user roles. \nStay current with the ongoing expansion and development of the company - be aware of system information, changes, and updates. \nProvide troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving issues while maximizing customer satisfaction. \nProvide comprehensive support to our entire organization, both locally and remotely. \nCollaborate with vendors to procure hardware and software solutions as needed. \nStay updated on industry trends and advancements to recommend improvements in IT systems. \nRequirements\nWant to join?
