Design & Drawing Management\n\n• Lead and manage the preparation of shop drawings and design drawings for all assigned projects\n\n• Review and approve all electrical design drawings prior to submission\n\n• Prepare and manage Drawing Submittals for client and consultant approval\n\n• Prepare Material Approval Requests (MAR) submittals and track approval status\n\n• Oversee and ensure completion of As-Built drawings by coordinating site revisions\n\n• Present electrical system design to site teams and stakeholders\n\n2. BOQ & Material Management\n\n• Prepare and review Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for shop drawings\n\n• Manage material ordering for site construction in coordination with the procurement team\n\n• Follow up with the purchasing team to ensure timely delivery of ordered materials\n\n• Prepare BOQ balance reports after site construction completion\n\n• Review and verify additional items and materials required during construction\n\n3. Reporting & Coordination\n\n• Prepare daily progress reports on design and submission activities\n\n• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and consultants on design matters\n\n• Lead design team meetings and provide technical guidance to junior designers\n\n• Monitor design progress against project schedule and report issues to management\n\n• Perform other tasks as assigned by senior management\nJob Requirements1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field\n\n2. Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical design in the MEP industry\n\n3. Experience with high-rise buildings, commercial, or industrial MEP projects preferred\n\n4. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, or equivalent electrical design software\n\n5. Strong leadership and team management skills\n\n6. Excellent communication skills — able to present technical content clearly\n\n7. Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach\n\n8. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously\n\n9.
