Assist Purchasing Officer:\n\no Support the Purchasing Officer in preparing, reviewing, and processing Purchase Orders.\n\no Ensure supplier quotations, approvals, and other supporting documents are properly attached.\n\n4. Daily Reporting:\n\no Prepare and submit Daily PO Reports to the Purchasing Officer and relevant management.\n\no Highlight any pending issues or urgent requests that require immediate attention.\n\n5. General Support Tasks:\n\no Coordinate between Site, Stock, and Accounting teams to ensure PR/PO flow is efficient.\n\no Maintain organized filing of all procurement-related documents.\n\no Perform other duties assigned by the Purchasing Officer or Management.\nJob Requirements1. Gender: Female (preferred)\n\n2. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or Logistics\n\n3. Experience: At least have experience 6 months up in a related field\n\n4.
