Job Description1. Record and Monitor PR & PO Information: o Maintain daily booking of all Purchase Requisition (PR) and Purchase Order (PO) details in the system or tracking sheet. o Ensure accuracy and completeness of purchasing data. 2. Document Submission and Coordination: o Submit all required purchasing documents to the Accounting Department for payment and record-keeping. o Follow up with the Accounting team to confirm document receipt and processing status. 3. Assist Purchasing Officer: o Support the Purchasing Officer in preparing, reviewing, and processing Purchase Orders. o Ensure supplier quotations, approvals, and other supporting documents are properly attached. 4. Daily Reporting: o Prepare and submit Daily PO Reports to the Purchasing Officer and relevant management. o Highlight any pending issues or urgent requests that require immediate attention. 5. General Support Tasks: o Coordinate between Site, Stock, and Accounting teams to ensure PR/PO flow is efficient. o Maintain organized filing of all procurement-related documents. o Perform other duties assigned by the Purchasing Officer or Management.
