This role requires strong experience in designing electronics devices, RF solutions and antennas including relevant schematics, simulation & layout work. Understanding of embedded solutions, including software, is important.\nIn this position, you will be working on a variety of embedded solutions as part of our team. It is possible for you to work based on your own strengths as we strive to consider your wishes regarding projects and your daily work.\nThe work can partially be done remotely but we expect you to be able to work in one of our offices (Espoo, Kuopio, Oulu or Tampere) or a nearby customer location, when needed.\nYour main responsibilities\nDesign and develop robust and maintainable RF and embedded electronics solutions.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of RF, hardware and software components.\nDrive the full development lifecycle from requirements gathering to manufacturing and testing.\nProvide senior consultancy services to our customer offering expert advice and solutions.\nPerform practical hands-on work in a lab setting with electronic devices and circuit boards using debugging tools and measurement equipment. \nYour skills and experience\n10+ years of electronics development experience.\n5+ years of RF design experience.\nSolid understanding of electromagnetic (EM) theory.\nExperience in concepting and architecting new products from electronics point of view.\nFamiliarity with different radio technologies and wireless protocols.\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\nStrong communication and collaboration abilities.\nWe also value:\nExperience on Signal/Power Integrity and mmWave.\nProactive and solution-oriented mindset.\nCommitment to continuous learning and professional development.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nAt Etteplan we ensure that your compensation is fair and transparent.
