You’ll know who’s building a genuine following, what’s trending, and what really resonates within niche communities, particularly across proactive health and wellness.\nYou’ll be a key part of our creator partnerships team across Hers (part of Hims & Hers) and Juniper, working across creator communications, onboarding, briefs and campaign operations. Alongside keeping our programme running smoothly, you’ll bring ideas on who we should work with and what we should be making, and those ideas will be listened to.\nCreator activity at Hers and Juniper is a core growth lever, not just a PR objective. Much of our creator content runs as paid partnership ads, so your work, from the ideas you bring to the details you look after, has a real impact on performance.\nWhat You’ll Be Responsible For\nCreator Discovery & Ideas\nKeep a close eye on creator culture, trends and emerging talent across TikTok, Instagram and beyond\nBring ideas on who we should partner with to tell meaningful stories, from established creators to rising voices in niche communities\nShare what’s resonating with audiences, and help shape how we show up authentically within them\nContribute ideas to briefs, campaigns and creative concepts\nCreator Communication & Outreach\nLook after day-to-day creator communications, building strong relationships and flagging escalations if support is needed\nSupport new talent outreach, drafting messages to creators and talent managers\nSee communications through to resolution\nOnboarding & Contracting\nHelp onboard new creators, including contracts, account set-up and coordinating deliveries\nBuild and send contracts from templates, including tracking monthly renewals\nBrief Development & Creative Support\nBuild out creator briefs from approved concepts\nResearch trends and creative inspiration to support concept development\nCampaign Operations\nKeep our creator CMS and campaign schedule up to date\nCoordinate requests from other teams, such as shoots, UGC and testimonials\nSupport content production pipeline when the team needs cover\nCommunity, Events & PR\nMonitor comments and community engagement on creator campaigns, sharing insights on what’s landing\nSupport the planning of creator events and PR activity\nWhat We’re Looking For\nExperience\n1-2 years in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, talent management, social media or a marketing coordinator role\nExposure to paid social is a plus\nYou’ll Be\nGenuinely passionate about influencer marketing and creator culture\nInterested in proactive health and wellness, and the communities around it\nAlways scrolling with a purpose: you spot trends, creators and formats early\nFull of ideas, and confident sharing them\nDetail-minded, with pride in getting things right\nProactive: you take ownership and follow things through\nWell organised, comfortable juggling several creators and deadlines\nA clear, friendly communicator\nComfortable working sensitively in a regulated healthcare environment\nFamiliar with tools like CreatorIQ, Juro, Notion or Motion (a bonus, not essential)\nWhat Success Looks Like\nYou regularly bring creator and trend ideas that make it into our campaigns\nCreators feel well supported, with quick responses and issues flagged early\nContracts and renewals go out accurately and on time\nBriefs are well built and ready for review\nOur CMS and campaign schedule give the team a clear, current view\nWhy This Role Matters\nCreator Partnerships is one of the most strategically important growth channels across Hers and Juniper, driving both revenue through paid creator advertising and long-term trust through organic creator activity.\nThis role helps shape how we grow, bringing fresh perspective from within creator communities as Hers expands into new areas and audiences.\nAt Eucalyptus, we value individuals from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives, and we embrace the unique qualities each person brings.
