You will focus on rapid experimentation and technical excellence across the full customer lifecycle - from awareness and acquisition through to retention, revenue, and referral.\nOperating at the intersection of engineering, product, and growth marketing, you will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate strategic visions into scalable engineering solutions. You will be responsible for empowering your team, optimising execution velocity, and maintaining high engineering standards as we scale our preventative care ecosystem globally.\nKey Responsibilities\nEnsure High-Quality Execution: Manage an engineering team or function to drive fast, reliable software delivery.\nResolve Technical & Operational Blockers: Act as an escalation point for complex technical and operational issues, solving them efficiently to keep projects on track.\nOptimise Workloads: Balance priorities and take active responsibility for optimising team workload to maintain predictable delivery without burnout.\nDrive Growth & Experimentation: Own the execution of sophisticated, data-driven experiments and growth initiatives across the entire patient journey.\nImprove Engineering Processes: Continuously refine development processes, workflows, and team structures to build a high-velocity environment.\nBuild & Mentor Talent: Partner with talent acquisition teams to recruit, onboard, and retain world-class engineers while fostering a culture of ownership, psychological safety, and high morale.\nAlign Cross-Functionally : Partner seamlessly with Product, Marketing, and Data stakeholders to align technical delivery with commercial goals.\nAbout You\nTechnical Strength & Codebase Ownership: You are technically strong and partner credibly with senior engineers-able to evaluate system architecture and spot when technical estimates lack substance.
