This role requires a balance of hands-on execution and strategic leadership in a fast-paced, high-growth digital health environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nStrategy & Market Development (Japan)\nLead clinical input for new product launches and market expansion in Japan\nShape and continuously improve Japan-specific models of care\nWorkforce Scaling & Management\nBuild and scale a reliable, high-quality network in Japan\nPartner with hiring teams to design and execute screening, assessment, and onboarding processes\nEstablish systems for rostering, utilisation, and performance management\nQuality, Insights & Risk Management\nMonitor performance through audits, data analysis, and insights\nLead incident and complaint management, including triage, escalation, and resolution\nImplement continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes\nDevelop scalable guardrails and safety protocols\nAdvisory & Cross-Functional Collaboration\nReview and localise clinical content, patient communications, and educational materials\nCollaborate closely with partners, operations, and patient support teams\nEnsure effective coordination for risk management and escalation pathways\nGovernance & Compliance (Japan)\nEstablish and maintain governance frameworks aligned with Japanese regulations\nDevelop clear protocols (e.g., prescribing criteria, eligibility thresholds, escalation processes)\nSupport regulatory readiness, audits, and compliance requirements\nWork closely with external stakeholders to ensure adherence to local standards of care\nPractitioner Collaboration & Leadership\nAct as the primary escalation point for Japanese prescribers and clinicians\nFoster strong collaboration between remote practitioners and internal teams\nProvide leadership, guidance, and ongoing support to practitioners\nWhat Success Looks Like\nA scalable and high-performing prescriber network in Japan\nStrong adherence to quality and safety standards\nClear and effective governance frameworks tailored to Japan\nSeamless collaboration between clinical, operational, and commercial teams\nEstablished trust with local regulators, partners, and stakeholders\nAbout You (Who We’re Looking For)\nSkills and experience\nExperience inoperations and/or strategy in a rapidly scaling organisation\nProven ability to build and scale teams or processes in a fast-paced environment\nStrong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across local and global teams\nFluent in Japanese (native or equivalent level) and comfortable working in English\nWhy join Eucalyptus?\nObesity in Japan is often overlooked.
