As our patient base in Germany continues to scale, we need to make sure the operational engine behind the patient experience scales with it. As an Operations Manager, you’ll help run and improve the processes that keep our German business moving - solving day-to-day operational challenges while helping build better, more scalable ways of working. You’ll work across Patient Experience, Product, Tech, Growth, and other teams, with support and direction from your manager. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with data, improving processes, and turning ambiguity into action.\nWhat You’ll Do\nKeep our operations running smoothly\nOwn and maintain key day-to-day operational processes across the German business\nTroubleshoot issues across areas such as payments, orders, invoices, discounts, verification, referrals, and patient communications\nFix problems as they arise while identifying opportunities to make our processes more reliable and efficient\nImprove the patient experience\nUse patient feedback and recurring issues to understand where we can create a better experience\nHelp turn patient pain points into practical improvements across our processes and journeys\nSupport areas such as Trustpilot and referrals, improving how we engage with and learn from our patients\nUse data to drive decisions\nTrack key operational metrics and investigate where performance is changing or falling short\nUse data to understand the scale and root cause of operational problems\nTurn analysis into practical actions and improvements\nDeliver operational initiatives\nSupport and deliver projects that improve the performance of our German operations\nHelp test and implement new processes, workflows, and ways of working\nTake ownership of defined initiatives from planning through to execution, with support from your manager\nAbout You\n3-5 years of experience in operations, consulting, startups, marketplaces, digital health, or another fast-moving environment\nStrong problem-solving skills and comfortable getting into the details to understand why something isn’t working\nConfident working with data, KPIs, and spreadsheets; SQL experience is a plus\nOrganised and able to manage multiple priorities while following through on the details\nComfortable working in an ambiguous, fast-changing environment\nStrong attention to detail and able to balance speed with accuracy\nProactive, practical, and motivated by making things work better\nFluent in English, preferably German too, both written and spoken\nExperience in healthcare, consumer technology, marketplaces, or high-growth businesses is a plus, but not essential.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nKeeping Operations Running & Improving - You reliably solve the day-to-day problems that keep the business moving, while spotting and making improvements along the way.\nTurning Ambiguity into Structure - You can take an unclear or messy problem, break it down, work out what matters, and move towards a solution.\nBalancing Speed with Precision - You move quickly and pragmatically while maintaining a high bar for accuracy and patient experience.\nCompensation\nThe salary range for this role is €55,000 - €65,000 gross per year, depending on experience and qualifications, plus additional benefits.\nAt Eucalyptus, we value individuals from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives, and we embrace the unique qualities each person brings.
