Communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully and propose solutions. Assist other project managers in the department as necessary.\nCreate and deliver training related to projects as needed. Collaborate with the Director of System Development and Support for SA Tech and project managers to refine and implement project management tools, techniques and standards to be used across the department.
