your salary (determined by education and experience)\nKey Responsibilities:\nRespond to customer inquiries and process incoming orders via phone and other communication channels.\nEnter sales orders into SAP accurately and on the same day they are received.\nReview orders to ensure all information is complete and correct prior to processing.\nProvide timely and accurate information to customers, sales representatives, and management.\nCoordinate shipments, including job site deliveries and shipments from multiple warehouse locations throughout the United States.\nEnsure orders are shipped and invoiced accurately and on schedule.\nProcess customer complaints and return requests, including:Preparing complaint documentation\nIssuing return authorizations\nSecuring required approvals\n\nMaintain documentation and records for approved exceptions and special requests.\nEnter customer quotes as provided by sales representatives.\nProcess product returns and credits as required.\nCollaborate effectively with internal departments including Credit, Accounting, Inventory Control, Traffic, and Purchasing.\nBuild and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and cross-functional partners.\nSupport continuous process improvement initiatives.\nPerform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.\nQualifications:\nRequired\nHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nPrevious customer service experience.\nExperience working effectively in a collaborative team environment.\nStrong computer and data-entry skills.\nExceptional verbal and written communication skills.\nPreferred\nCustomer service experience within a manufacturing environment.\nSAP or other ERP/MRP system experience.\nExperience managing order fulfillment, shipping coordination, or logistics-related activities.\nQualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to their
