The candidate will collaborate with client stakeholders on multiple projects in the Marketing Analytics vertical.\n\nResponsibilities: \nIdentifying opportunities and influencing partners to act: You will partner with eCommerce and Digital Marketing leaders to provide key marketing insights and influence strategic decisions. You will collaborate with stakeholders and analysts to ensure marketing solutions are scalable, repeatable, effective, and meet expectations of various leaders.\nBe the Dot Connector: Using a multitude of data sources, you will connect the dots across multiple problems to see the larger picture that helps shape analyses and findings that drive longer-term solutions than just answering short-term questions.\nDevelop data-driven hypotheses and recommendations to enhance campaign performance, working closely with analytics, Product, and Marketing teams for continuous optimisation.\nDesign and deliver high-quality, scalable technical solutions for enhanced personalisation and automation tailored specifically for email marketing operations and analytics.\nBe on top of the voice of the customer as well as the happenings in the competitive landscape and the industry as a whole.\n\nRequirements: \nUndergraduate Degree in any quantitative discipline such as engineering, science or economics from a Top-Tier institution.\nMBA from a Top-Tier institution is a plus.\nMinimum 4 years of experience in a Data Analytics/Marketing Analytics function or a client-facing role.\nProficiency in SQL, Python and data visualisation tools like Tableau and Looker.\nKnowledge of Analytics, CRM, Attribution, and Planning tools (e. g., Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign Manager, Eloqua, Salesforce, Google Analytics, CleverTap, WebEngage, etc. ).\nExperience in marketing analytics, evaluating campaign effectiveness, test-and-learn, AB testing, market mix modelling, and multi-touch attribution.\n\nSkills: \nExcellent analytical, troubleshooting, decision-making, organisational, and time management skills with an emphasis on close attention to detail.\nAbility to understand the technology stack, dependencies between applications and how the data flows between them.\nExceptional problem-solving, organisational, and project management capabilities to navigate complex projects effectively.\nLeadership experience with a proven track record of mentoring and developing high-performing teams.\n2+ years of team management.\nEffective communication skills, adept at presenting complex insights to stakeholders in a clear and impactful manner.\nSkills\nPython, SQL, marketing
