operational leadership for a high-performing, diverse team of Data Analysts, Data Scientists - Data Engineers.\n\nThe candidate will lead the following workstreams : \n\n- Drive the definition, design and delivery of new data products within the customer's Data Platform and related applications.\n\n- Create product strategy documents/PRDs that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements and ROI.\n\n- Develop, update and implement standard operating procedures for deliverables including Reports, Analysis, Presentations and Technical Deliverables.\n\n- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop analytics strategies.\n\n- Lead CX/ CRM Analytics, designing and implementing data solutions to meet business objectives.\n\n- Conduct or lead data analysis, data mining, and statistical modeling to support business decisions.\n\n- Provide expertise in data governance, data quality, and data security.\n\n- Mentor team members, sharing expertise and best practices.\n\n- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables.\n\n- Design and implement data visualizations and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders.\n\nBackground and Skills : \n\nBackground : \n\n- Undergraduate Degree in any quantitative discipline such as engineering or science from a Top-Tier institution.\n\n- MBA is a plus.\n\n- Minimum 7 years of experience in Analytics or Data Functions.\n\n- Very good understanding of data products.\n\n- Prior experience in any Digital commerce function (Customer Analytics, Web Analytics, Marketing Automation etc.) is a plus.\n\n- Prior experience in Big-data solutions, at any level of the stack - Data Engineering, ML, Visualization or Cloud platforms is a plus.\n\n- Ability to translate any business problem to an analytical or quantitative problem.\n\nSkills : \n\n- Ability to handle ambiguity and fast-paced environment.\n\n- Prior experience in managing Director+ level stakeholders a plus.\n\n- Very good hands-on experience with SQL is a must.\n\n- Adobe Analytics experience is good to have.\n\n- Ability to formulate project strategy -
