processing systems\nImplement CI/CD for data engineering workflows\nEnsure reliability, scalability, and observability\n\nCloud and Modern Data Stack Expertise: \nHands-on experience with Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud\nStrong expertise in Databricks, Snowflake, Apache Kafka, and Airflow.\n\nAnalytics and AI Enablement: \nDesign data platforms optimised for BI and AI workloads\nEnable feature stores and ML-ready datasets\nSupport GenAI and advanced analytics use cases\nEnsure high data quality and lineage tracking\n\nGovernance, Security and Cost Optimisation: \nImplement RBAC, encryption, and data masking\nDesign cost-aware architectures\nMonitor usage and optimise cloud spend\nDefine data SLAs and reliability frameworks.\nLeadership and Strategy: \nLead and mentor data engineering teams\nConduct architecture reviews\nPartner with product, AI, and business teams\nDefine long-term data strategy and roadmap\nDrive technical excellence and coding standards.\n\nRequirements: \n8+ years of experience in data engineering/data architecture.\nProven experience designing large-scale data platforms.\nDeep expertise in distributed systems.\nStrong SQL and Python/Scala skills.\nExperience handling TB-PB scale datasets.\nStrong understanding of data modelling (dimensional + data vault).\nExperience with real-time and streaming architecture.\nExperience leading technical teams.\nExperience in FinTech, SaaS, or enterprise consulting.\nExperience building data engineering practice from scratch.\nExposure to AI/ML
