You will turn the numbers into decisions on budgets, pricing, margins and growth.\nYou will work directly with the Head of Finance and partner with leaders across go-to-market, product and operations. You will help shape how Eudia grows from Series A and beyond.\nJob description\nYou will own Eudia's plan and financial model, and be the finance partner leaders turn to for decisions.\nPlanning and the financial model\nBuild and own the company's financial model and full set of projections.\nLead the annual plan, quarterly forecasts and long-range plan.\nRun the budget process and track spend against budget with department leaders.\nPartner with the accounting team on budget-versus-actual reviews, purchase orders and procurement.\nForecast cash, burn and runway.\nBuild headcount plans with People and department leaders.\nGo-to-market and revenue\nOwn the go-to-market revenue forecast, built from pipeline and bookings.\nDefine and report ARR, CARR, bookings and retention consistently across the business.\nModel sales capacity and coverage with Sales leadership.\nDesign and model commission plans with Sales leadership and review payouts independently.\nPricing and margins\nLead pricing analysis and partner with Product and Sales on pricing strategy across subscription and consumption models.\nAnalyze and improve gross margin, including AI inference and delivery costs.\nBoard, investors and fundraising\nBuild board materials with the Head of Finance.\nSupport fundraising with investor models, data rooms and diligence responses.\nBusiness partnering and analysis\nAct as the finance partner to department leaders on plans, spend and trade-offs.\nRun ad hoc analysis on business operations, from new investments to process changes.\nBuild business cases for major investments and review the results after launch.\nUse AI and automation to speed up planning, reporting and analysis.\nRequirements\nWe are looking for a finance professional with 5+ years of experience, expert modeling skills and a track record of partnering across a high-growth company.\nRequired\n5+ years in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, private equity or consulting.\nExpert financial modeling, including operating models and full three-statement projections.\nExperience owning budgets and forecasts at a high-growth company.\nExperience forecasting SaaS revenue, including consumption or usage-based models.\nExperience with pricing, unit economics and gross margin analysis.\nExperience preparing board materials or supporting a fundraise.\nStrong collaboration across the organization, from individual contributors to the executive team.\nFluency with spreadsheets and AI tools for analysis.\nBased in the San Francisco Bay Area.\nNice to have\nInvestment banking or private equity experience, followed by strategic finance at a high-growth startup (strongly preferred).\nExperience with AI business models, including inference and model costs.\nExperience designing sales commission plans.\nExperience with government contracts or professional services businesses.\nSQL or BI tool skills.\nCompensation: $190,000 to $230,000 base
